Save without thinking about it.

PiggyVault sets aside a slice of every purchase and moves it into an FDIC-insured vault. You pick the rules and the unlock date. It handles the rest.

Answers, not dashboards

Ask Peggy where your money went and get a straight answer built from your actual transactions.

Meet Peggy

A budgeting assistant with hard limits.

Peggy reads your activity and explains it in plain language. Every number she shows is calculated from your transactions, never generated or estimated on the fly.

What Peggy does

  • Summarizes where your money actually went
  • Explains why a transfer changed size
  • Suggests a rate you can comfortably afford
  • Projects your total by the unlock date, labeled as an estimate
  • Celebrates milestones you've genuinely hit

What Peggy will never do

  • Move money on her own
  • Change your rules without confirmation
  • Present an estimate as a guarantee
  • Invent a balance or a transaction
  • Give investment, tax, or legal advice

Pricing

Ten dollars a month. Half of it is yours.

One line, no tiers, no percentage of your balance. Cancel whenever you like.

Where we stand

The things we decided not to build.

A savings product should be boring in the right places.

No card, no spending

There's no debit card and no bill pay. Money goes one direction: in.

No overdraft games

Set a safety balance and we won't transfer below it. We don't profit when you're short.

No selling your data

Your transaction history is used to calculate your savings. That's the whole list.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is PiggyVault a bank?

No. PiggyVault is a financial technology company. Banking services and deposit accounts are provided by our partner bank, Cascade Trust Bank, Member FDIC. Your deposits are held at the bank, not by us.

Can PiggyVault spend from my checking account?

No. We read your posted purchases through Plaid to calculate what to set aside, and we initiate the savings transfer you authorized. We can't make purchases, and there's no card attached to your account.

What if my balance gets low?

You set a safety balance, $200 by default. If a transfer would take your checking account below it, we skip that transfer and tell you why. You can also cap how much moves in a single week.

Can I get my money before the unlock date?

The unlock date is a commitment device, not a legal lock. You can request early access from the app, and we'll show you the timing and any impact before you confirm. Withdrawal timing follows your vault's terms with the partner bank.

How is the transfer amount calculated?

Each eligible posted purchase contributes your chosen percentage of its amount. Those amounts accumulate through the week and move as one transfer on your scheduled day. The app shows the running total and every purchase behind it.

What happens if I cancel?

Future transfers stop and your membership ends. Money already in your vault stays yours and follows the vault's withdrawal terms. Pausing is separate and reversible: it stops transfers without closing anything.
